All replacement panels are clamped in and measurements taken to insure proper alignment before the welder is even turned on.

............a guide coat (the black lines) is applied so final block sanding can be done before the color coat gets applied.

Only the areas to be painted can be left exposed, so several steps must be done for an overall smooth job.

Jambs are painted separately for maximun coverage to insure no thin areas will be in the completed paint job.

With the color and clearcoat applied it's time for 3 stage final wet sanding ending up with 3000 grit paper followed by hand and machine polishing.
